We have been lucky with the snow this winter, not too much of it and not too many road closures, but there’s no denying it makes for great photographs and interesting weddings. Here are a few images from Karen and David’s wedding at The Boat Hotel in Boat of Garten near Aviemore.
When we first arrived in Boat of Garten we found the grooms party clearing snow from the path to the church.
After the ceremony Karen and David with their guests were piped from the church to the Boat Hotel where the fires were already lit and the drinks were poured.
The snow just adds that magic touch to the photographs Karen and David just couldn’t resist the temptation to have some photographs taken on the platform of the old station there, it was like the set for some romantic 1930′s film.
