Here are some of my landscapes from South Uist and Vatersay

We were across in the Outer Hebrides and  after a disappointing start in Harris the weather was very much in our favour.

These are just a few of my landscapes from the islands of South Uist and Vatersay. The waves were shot on
Luskentyre Beach in Harris during a very short break in the weather. To capture the waves like this I used a slow shutter speed of 1/10 second, just slow enough to capture the breaking wave but fast enough to keep some detail in the water. I have a few more to process from this trip and I will put these on line soon.
